engine start/stop Advanced RPS

Description
This is just a cool simple controller for your engine that lets you start/stop with a key and control your rps with a throttle lever and it also makes sure your engine dose not overheat too.
this is very handy and i use it for all of my new builds now.

I hope this comes in handy for all you guys!

can you stop it from not letting the engine overheat?
