Pack Mule Refit class Bulk Transport (VAN)

Description
The Refitted Pack Mules came into service more or less at the start of the Second Xanthi war, when the realization that even the Pack Mule class was still not fit enough to completely supply the fleets without using civilian shipping as a secondary source. These refitted ships were stretched, and more large contaners were added, making them finally able to carry over twice the amount of cargo as a regular Mule class, and about 1.8 times the amount as the normal Pack Mule.
