Description
There is an object used from BEE2, a portal map addon tool, called the sendificator. By placing a cube under the incidence point, it will teleport the cube somewhere else. (sendificator shown in first image, kind of looks like a 3D printer). Also, the gel used is Reflection Gel. It reflects lasers.
