NFD ''Turtoise" extreme condition fire fighting vehicle

Description
This is the Turtoise a CET repurposed to be used for fighting fires.
The Turtoise is great for moving burning objects and making fire trenches and providing suport with its strong engine and water cannon.

Please do not use norstar logos and brandname on your vehicles without permission from norstar staff.

this is caused by the scoop being a different object the devs messed up the system
