You know a very cool bomb from Cinematic Trailer of Counter-Strike: Global Offensive? Looks sick. Much better than original in-game C4. So there it's model from SteamVR files, but there's no changes to it from my side - just adaptation to Gmod. You can toggle illumination with bodygroups and many parts of bomb can be moved with Advanced Bone Tool. Textures are very high quality, you even can read some little text.

And yes - you can speculate that CS:GO is a prequel to Left 4 Dead once more.

It's just a prop. You don't need CS:GO installed for textures.
