One way 2-Lane road w/parking

Description

This is a modification of the 3-lane road from Network Extensions 2. I just converted the right lane into a parking lane.

I use NEX2 and i use the backwards compatible version of it. Thanks for taking time to fix this :)

Since I used a road from NE2 you need that to be able to load the road. I'll fix that when I have the time.
