Description


- The coordination of all the high command to the outer space has been shifted, with it the logistics have concentrated in one place more efficiently.
- All the improvements in Strategic Coordination apply to the entire empire, to all stellar bases, their shipyards and to all Mega Structure.




Strategic center:
- The station takes control of the "Galactic Wonders" to better manage resources as it appears much earlier in the game (requires: Tech Mega Engineering and activate galactic wonders).

- Site:
+40% Mega structure constr. speed. +25% Ship building Speed. +5% shipyard constr. cost. +10% Starbase Const. Speed. +20% Starbase Upgrade Speed.

- Stage I:
+50 Naval Capacity. +2 Starbase Capacity. +4 Defense Platforms. +10% Sublight Speed.
+60% Mega Structure construction Speed. +50% Ship building Speed. +10% shipyard constr. cost. +15% Starbase Const. Speed. +30% Starbase Upgrade Speed.

- Stage II:
+100 Naval Capacity. +4 Starbase Capacity. +8 Defense Platforms. +15% Sublight Speed.
+80% Mega Structure constr. speed. +75% ship building speed. +15% shipyard construction cost. +20'% Starbase Const. Speed. +40% Starbase Upgrade Speed.

- Stage III:
+150 Naval Capacity +6 Starbase Capacity +12 Defense Platforms +20% Sublight Speed
+100% Mega Structure constr. speed. +100% ship building speed. ] +20% shipyard constr. cost. +25'% Starbase Const. Speed. +50% Starbase Upgrade Speed.

Dyson sphere:
St1: 500e, St2: 1000e, St3: 1500e, St4: 2000e, St5: 3000e, St6: 4000e,

Material decompressor:
St1: 50m 5ay, St2: 100m 10ay, St3: 250m 25ay 1rr, St4: 500m 50ay 2rr, St5: 1000m 100ay 3rr
(Can be built in: Black holes, pulsars or neutron stars)

Art:
unity, fgrowth speed, agriculture, jobs and edict cap

Gateway available (50e nominal maintenance)
not so expensive, faster to do and less maintenance

Mega Shipyard
Ship experience, starbase capacity, shipyard speed,
- Can be placed in the main system with other Mgs and boost the local shipyards
- adds naval capacity and fleet limit
- 120e extra

Interstellar Assembly
Immigration, unity, diplomatic weight and number of diplomat, influence and extra empire expansion.

Habitat
You need Mega Engineering:
- For each update it has more capacity of modules
- The I.A.: They will be able to make between 3 and 6 habitats in the whole game and the habitats gained in combat only add up

Tech Mega Engineering:
- Now the option "Megaingengineering" for the restoration of MegaStructures will come out much earlier in the game, according to the speed of "Research" that your empire has and the technologies you investigate for this purpose.
- You will have to investigate "Research Institute Quantum Theory"




- Not compatible with other Megastructure Mods
- Not Achievement Compatible.

Why does the gateway now need to b built inside the system on a planet?
(This condition is "yes" in vanilla:
build_outside_gravity_well = no)

If the other Mods do not change the base structures, it is fully compatible, just place this Mod above the ones you mentioned and it should work without problems

@mlnuss For the construction of mega structures is already here: +40% Mega Structure construction speed + the edicts you can get and some ore.
For the rest ... I don't know, then you can open a channel in discussions to see if more people ask for it and so make adjustments
