The Gyro serves as an antagonist towards spees and scoots. The Gyro has the ability to blast fire out onto spees and scoots, this conflicts with the spees' invisibility powers and reveals said spee, making their invisibility redundant, while also damaging them. The scoots are simply fried into hot dogs.

Gyros are harmful to the environment as a result of harming spees because spees make up the whole universe as we know it.
