i cant deactivate this mod and then i delete it it self activates an reinstalls automatically

yeah i would but honestly i just made it for some friends and i and even we didn't end up using it outside of one game b/c they're big CuX and decided to get bored of HOI4 multiplayer after playing it 3 fucking times lol
