Description
Before signing with the WWF in 1995, Man Mountain Rock was known as Maxx Payne in WCW (and Max Payne and Heavy Metal Buffalo before that).

While the Payne gimmick was somewhat successful in WCW, the new electric-guitar playing Man Mountain Rock gimmick was a flop in the WWF. Today, Man Mountain Rock may be most remembered for once wielding a WWF logo-shaped guitar on an episode of WWF Superstars of Wrestling.
