ULX Weapon, Vehicle, and Entity Spawn Permissions

Set which groups can spawn weapons, vehicles, and entities.

This is ULX permission based meaning you'll need ULX and ULib.

Head to the ULX rank permission tabs and look for "ulx canspawnents", "ulx canspawnvehicles", and "ulx canspawnweapons", assign these permissions to the said roles you want to be able to spawn the above in, it's that simple!
