[RF] Fishing [1.0] Patches

Description
Patches for Rainbeau Flambe's Fishing mod, fixing an issue of disappearing recipes, overpowered leathers in Combat Extended, and adding compatibility to Owlchemist's Simple Chains: Leather.

I don't use those mods, so I won't be able to test it, but I can see about trying to patch something together if you're willing to be guinea pigs.
and @hero9802, the reports i saw suggested that a lot of different mods all made the recipes disappear, but the cause seemed to be on [RF] Fishing's side, so i patched that. if you test it out and find the recipes still disappear let me know.

if possible can you add an update to the patch for VGP garden fabrics linen. Ith ahs the same issue with sharp offering 100% protection (double hyperweave and 1/2 the weight)

ah yes the dreaded squid leather flack armour pirates. thanks for making this i did have a personal one but its nice to see someone else was frustrated by it : P
