"I guarantee this hat has better aim than you do."

A steampunk-themed hat for the sniper.

This is my first submission, so I'm not quite sure how well I did. I have also been made aware of a similar hat currently in the workshop. I would just like to say that that hat was not there when I started, and it is also for the spy, whereas mine is for the sniper.
