Autonomous Weapon Balance (Modular Modification)

Description
Part of my Autonomous Weapon Balance series, this mod rebalances repeatable technologies.

-Tech cost per level increased from 5,000 to 10,000 per level. This will make stacking repeatables more difficult.
-Fire Rate repeatables disabled (these caused quadratic scaling for damage, where there was no comparable techs for defences).
-Hull increase tech enabled.
-Improved Mineral Output moved to Physics (Particles). Engineering had too many repeatable techs in comparison.
-Strike Craft Damage removed. Due to a presumed bug, Strike Craft don't actually benefit from this (or any damage increases), so I removed it...


Compatibility:
Incompatible with mods that change/remove existing repeatable techs.

Recommended to be used alongside “AWB Strike Craft”, which includes my fix for the Strike Craft bug.


Please tell me if you believe anything is unbalanced, either theoretically or through testing!
