Description
Small industrial building with loading docks. No props included, just a building.

Growable, 3x4, industrial generic.

1,147 tris, 2048x1024 textures (diffuse/spec/normal/color/illumination), 128x128 custom LOD.

Shares textures with and matches my other light industrial buildings, read the description for more information + recommended mods.

Use Find It! mod and search with keywords "spence generic industrial" to find easily when in game.

I believe so! It should create as much pollution (and consume as much water/power, produce as much garbage, etc) as one of the level 1 industrial growables from the vanilla game.
