Full Health Pill Now Restores HP to Blue Baby

Description
in the original isaac full health pill restores blue baby health to 3 soul hearts if he has less than 3 soul hearts, unfortunately full health pill does nothing with blue baby in rebirth, afterbirth or afterbirth plus, well, until now, because this mod makes full health pill restore hp to blue baby again

I've used Temperance? and that gave me a Full Health but it didn't do anything while I was 1 Soul Heart left.
