Description
I have updated Diplomacy mod (https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1663566411)
and added a couple of things

I have added some more ministers which give small buffs such as war support and resource gain efficiency
have also changed some numbers around since i thought they needed small buffs or nerfs

If it's a diplomacy mod please allow demand conditional surrender
