intended for a more frontal assault, should be pretty clear from the turret setup ;)

updated for a11 (added 2x artilleriy which makes it lv25 now and did missing texturing for shield+warp rooms)

notes:
- cockpit+ 1 passenger seat (room to add some, but intended as a big single player combat cv)
- combat steel, max lv20 weapons, 2 artillery lv 25, 219k + 176k ammo
- parking/hangar for 2x sv and 1x hv (see pictures)
- warp, and t2 shield
- you can directly acess fuel, o2 and pentaxid tanks
- spot to add 18 growpots
- 2x adv constructors, 320k cargo + some boxes
- spots to add repair blocks
- has a med bay and a captains room
- you can inside the ship through maintenance shafts walk up to each thruster and repair it

(the idea was/is to do a 2nd upgradeable version, with less turrets and some deco tanks around, that you then can get up to speed, like mentioned in the lore bit. i will not doing that with 10.6 coming and the ship being not cpu compatible anyway)

Build a Combat capable CV

Level 20 or less
Try and keep it compact but with a good couple of layers at least of combat steel armour.
Max weapons apart from those over level 20 but feel free to leave space for upgrades.
Focus on combat aspects only, such as armour, firepower, speed and manoeuvrability, no need for much storage or production.
If you can fit a small hangar for the SX64 MK2 that would be great but not required.
Try and keep it cost effective, think about your armour placement, what type of ship is it? an all around brawler with equal armour and weapons all over, a frontal assault ship with all the armour at the front, a broadside cruiser etc etc,
Testing, before you submit your BP, try it out against a couple of Zirax patrol vessels and tough space POIs, see how it reacts to getting hit by those homing missiles, run with shields off and make sure your armour is doing its job.

For cost, try to limit the amount of rare resources required as best as possible, consider the ammo costs too. Given the resources in Project Eden, would I be better off with flak over missiles perhaps?

yup i know, redoing some textures and filling in the missing ones is on my list, since i did this a bit sloppy. but it usally gets pushed back by other stuff, because it's not super urgent.

Dude, i removed all the t2 rcs, and placed tier 4 cpu blocks where they were at, and she works fine now.

I just figured i would relay this since i really love this build, and would enjoy seeing it fully textured and ready :)

@ShawnCFarm: it's not intended as a pvp vessel. like the description/spanj challenge write up says. it's mainly intended to shoot poi's and some other patrol vessels in pve. combat as in doing that, not pvp ;)
