and enable camera rotation, remove death slowdown

Addon includes 3 challenges:
- Random Setpoints
- Random Setpoints ASBI (ASBI Classic)
- Random Setpoints Carnage x2 (moar, not simply rd_carnage_scale 2)

not really random, you can open .nut files

meaning random spawn is all of map spot? like cargo elevator, could start at elevator directly. o_O
