infinite electricity (15.64 Output) (Proof of Concept)

To my knowledge, this is the only working infinite power machine that of course, uses electricity to power it.

Using my wind turbine, I decided to remove the control surfaces and replace some of them with ducted fans. Well, to my surprise, it produced 15.64 power after a few seconds of running. It uses electric motors to power the fans, and that's the only source that spins it. It can obviously be made more compact and it doesn't have to look like a wind turbine. This is just proof that the concept works.
