This map is designed to be balanced and vanilla-like.

Terrain based on Lake Dukan, Iraqi Kurdisan.

LastSturgeon I see the problem.
The Soviet export river is slightly too shallow. Luckily, you can actually modify the terrain beyond the border by digging down - it's not expensive either. This map was made before ships came out.

I'll fix the map for others.

Got weird bug while trying to ship resources by river transport to soviet countries, was forced to sail only to NATO. Is the problem with terrain structure or pathfinding?
