About:
After the 1.8 update broke the ability to declare mods as dependencies to define load order, I have decided to just apply my patch directly to Historical Vehicle Overhaul to bypass needing it as a dependency. I take no credit for the mod as a whole, just for what I had to do to make it compatible with newer versions of the game. Everything is otherwise unchanged.

Update December 24th, 2019:
Historical Vehicle Overhaul is no longer required as a dependency as its files have been directly integrated into the patch to make it work.
