Scarab-HST Mk2

Description
This is an update of a work by jrandall for Alpha 10.6.

This is a cheap, early game HV. It is now a level 5 unlock that meets CPU requirements.

Features:
Level 5 unlock
2x 2750 Cargo Containers
Cheap build with no exotics

Changes:
Removed all cargo boxes, rebuilt storage with cargo controller/extensions
Remove all weapons
Removed all but 1 RCS
Removed 8 thrusters
Removed 1 hover engine and relocated 2 of them
Removed O2 system
Added armor station
Added wireless connection
Added detector

Very cool mods! I will get it added as a modded version on the Scarab-HST post. As in the contributor, I have stopped accepting them as it puts them in my workshop too and causes a lot of confusion. I accepted a couple in the past but the way steam does it is kind of strange. I will get this added in just a minute. Sorry about the slow response. And Awesome work!
