Description
A set of cheat decisions to help progress as minor.
The kind of cheat available is depend on how many factories a country have (10/20/30).
Once having enough factories to not be considered as minor, these decisions can't be taken.
Ai wil never cheat.
Also increases naval range bonus by ship companies by 600%.
