Description
After WWII it was realised that if war was to break out with the Soviet Union Britain's anti tank weapons would be ineffective against the new heavy IS series, one of the designs proposed to counter this was the FV4005 which mounted a 183mm naval gun to the hull of the centurion. Designed only to fire HESH the gun excelled in testing but its recoil was an issue, on the early prototypes the gun was uncovered but it was later realised that some form of crew protection was required although the sheet metal box turret was effective against little more than small arms. The project was cancelled in favour of the malkara anti tank missile system and the sole test vehicle remains at the tank musuem in Bovington.

This is a remake of one of my favourite tanks that I had previously built.

the round from this gun could completely remove the turret of an IS3 and launch it into the air :D, is an awesome tank, good job :)
