Truck to T-Rex Transformer Failure

This was meant to be a truck that turned into a T-Rex. Unfortunately, it doesn't look much like a truck or a T-Rex, and there were too many problems to overcome, some I'm giving up on it. If someone else wants to try to improve it, be my guest. Press the switch to transform. It works best if you're still or going backwards at the time. If you're going forward it will just fall forward.
