Universal ruleset to be used with all my maps. It increases realism in the game by slightly altering vehicle acceleration, stop catchment areas and depot capacities.

It will enhance gameplay on all of my maps, even ones that were uploaded before this ruleset was uploaded. I will update the older maps over time fit even better with this ruleset.
