Street Stock - 1999 Torihatsu Chateau

A road-going sedan, modified to race on short oval tracks. The wealthy creator of this one was able to put more money into his, and get better and newer parts.
In the real world, street stock race cars are called by many names, but they all have one thing in common; they are very close to their original counterparts, unlike modern NASCAR race cars. Many use the original body parts, or panels copied by craftsmen in other materials. Their extremely low cost makes them very popular in rural and suburban America.
This was built entirely from scratch by sight, using the original vehicle as a reference; however, because of structural similarities, some parts were borrowed from the Strangler Antares stock car. All credit goes to remanedur for the original design of the car.
