Tweaked Bless & Curse costs

Description
No source Bless at 1AP felt a bit overpowered to me so I made this.

2 AP, no source, innate Bless.

1 AP, no source, innate Curse.

NOTE: As with all mods that affect Bless and Curse, make sure to have both skills in your hotbar before enabling this mod. Otherwise, the skills will disappear from your skill book.

WARNING: This is my first mod! I tested it and there should be nothing wrong with it but please be careful and report any bugs you might encounter.

im sure bless had a cost but i dont know about curse

They've never had source costs as far as I know.

does this affect enemies or do they just not have source costs?
