AceCombat: Stonehenge Railgun

Description
This is my take on the Stonehenge railgun from AceCombat.
Not a perfect recreation but close enough.

The weapon base for scale reference is 30x30
Size 10 and beyond: This turret has no base, only Body & Barrel
The length of the body extends to 15 Blocks
The width of the body extends to 10.5 Blocks
Blocks: 247
