Build in the new CPU Tier system.
SI is within reason.

Defence:
2 Laser Cannon
2 Flak Cannon
2 Plasma Cannon

Build with armored Concrete & Combat Steel blocks.
Lights and Devices can be switched in the P-Menu.

While placing make sure to burrow it 1 block deep!
