I liked that it was at night, featured bad weather, low priority and had even an overtake build into it.
The AI was the right ammount for that late at night.
The only improvement that I could think of, although it might be against keeping it simple, would be to dispose of the EMU, or in newer speak to stable it, in one of the Sidings at Gillingham instead of ending it at the Platform.
But that is a minor niggle in a good scenario, that is once again perfect for new players, interesting, something different, and with little DLC requirements.
