Star Trek - Ambassador Class - Vanilla

Description
I present to you, the U.S.S. Exeter!

******This version of this ship has updated nacelles, which look nicer at the cost of slightly slower thruster response, but you are free to continue using the older version if you do not mind its nacelles.

Precursor to the Galaxy Class starship, the Ambassador Class heavy cruiser served Starfleet well until the end of the 24th century. One of the more notable vessels of this type being the Enterprise-C.

This version of the Ambassador Class for Space Engineers is not a huge vessel, at under nine thousand blocks, but it is efficient and completely awesome looking, which is a major trait of Federation starships.

This vessel includes: 16 turrets (8 gatling and 8 missile) affixed to the primary hull.

2 Heavy reactors located in the Engineering hull.

6 Jump Drives

20 Cryopods

2 Ore Detectors

Refineries, assemblers, H2 Generators, Hydrogen Tanks, Oxygen Tanks, Cargo Containers

2 Connectors near the airlocks

Internal thrusters

Amazing hull design

etc etc other stuff etc

Oh, and one Rocket launcher in the neck.

To operate the ship, find your way to the bridge. To get there, which head down the stairs from the airlock (located on either side of the saucer), and then head through the door to the one side of the turbo shaft. In the ceiling around this point there should be another turboshaft that will take you directly to the bridge. If you have difficulty finding the Bridge, press F8 on your keyboard to use spectator mode and you can most likely find it from there, and then press F6 to switch back to first person.

Once you reach the bridge, the center seat is the command seat.

Controls:
Menu 1 (CTRL + 1)

Button 1: Rockets
Button 2: Turret Systems
Button 3: Turn on/off rear-facing thrusters (this makes maneuvers a little more manageable, just point your ship in the direction you want with the dampeners on and press this button so you won't slow down)
Button 4: Shuttlebay Doors
Button 5: Ship's main beacon
Button 6: Emergency Distress beacon
Button 7: Communications Antenna 1
Button 8: Communications Antenna 2

Menu 2 (CTRL + 2)

Button 1: Increase Jump Range
Button 2: Decrease Jump Range
Buttons 3 through 8: Jump (for each jump drive)

Menu 3 (CTRL + 3)

Button 1: Port Connector Switch Lock
Button 2: Starboard Connector Switch Lock

I hope that you all enjoy my version of the Ambassador Class cruiser from Star Trek, and good luck exploring those strange, new worlds!

(I will be updating this design as I refine it and correct design flaws)

@jhdominic4.js They still aren't exactly the nacelles you see on an Ambassador class, but they look more like nacelles at least.

Great Glad the Nacelles have been made better
