Scuttle Town

Description
Scuttle Town from Shantae and the Pirates Curse.

A very large walk off stage. The camera can't reach the entire area, so the blast zones are adjusted accordingly.

This stage currently features 2 music tracks:
* Shantae and the Pirate's Curse - We Love Burning Town
* Shantae and the Pirate's Curse - Scuttle Town
Credit for that goes to Jake Kaufman

To do:
- Add NPCs from the original version to make the map less empty
- Add slope collision to stairs (when and if possible)
- Add better platform indication with darker lines?
- Change neutral camera position?

according to a rivals iceberg i saw a while back, the is or atleast used to be a stage tht has a slope, but since the game doesn't usually have slopes, it is pretty glitchy

@Danny25tep I would, but I don't fully understand how to code workshop characters at the moment. If I figure it out one day, I'll make one. I'll probably base the move set off the one used in Smash Bros. Crusade.

I never knew that this was made, so I made my own. The one I have is more of your typical Rivals stage, but this one is good too!

@Saroski I don't know why that would happen. If I was to guess I'd say it might have to do with custom music or large assets loading out of bounds. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Aaaaand now that I mentioned this, it's not happening in versus with any amount of characters. So weird. I really have no clue what the issue is.

Dunno if it's just me, but this level seems to crash the game a lot? I love this stage, so I really hope the source of the problem can be found so maybe it can not crash. I could probably test a few different things. Works just fine with four characters in practice mode, but not local. Gonna see what the limit is I guess?

When I first saw this area in Pirate's Curse, I immediately felt like it belonged in something like Smash. Glad it got to be added somewhere.

@LeoJrTheTanooki For the characters, that was my original plan. But syncing up all of the character's walk cycles could increase the stage's file size by a ton. I have one background layer free though, so I'll see what I can do.

The stage layout is great, but it feels kinda empty... maybe add some characters in the background if you can, and maybe even make the place burn like in the first level
