Awakened Empire Tradition/AP Use (2.8)

Description
A mod that enables Awakened Empires to pick traditions and thus ascension perks.

WARNING: 2.8 support has been tested to have no syntax errors (can load correctly), but I can not functionally test it until more of my mod stack's dependencies update

This does not allow AEs to terraform and genemod. For that, see the alternate form of this mod, Awakened Empire Tradition/AP + Genemod/Terraforming Use. Sadly, they are controlled by the same flag; I can't turn on/off terraforming without turning on genemodding.

If you are looking for more ways for Awakened Empires to be the threat they are supposed to be, I also recommend Fallen Empire Awakening Tweaks, which allows them to awaken earlier and overhauls some aspects of the War in Heaven.

This mod is incompatible with any mods that change any vanilla APs or traditions listed below.
However, this mod has built-in compatibility with:
Starnet AI
More Events Mod
Dynamic Political Events

If there are other mods that edit vanilla traditions or APs you would like me to ensure this mod is compatible with, let me know in the comments.

Because it would cause too much "snowballing" in War in Heaven, Bulwark of Harmony tradition has been changed to not give the +30% build speed to the defending empire in a war if the empire is a Fallen/Awakened Empire. For normal empires, it remains unchanged.

Changed traditions if AE:
* Discovery - To Boldly Go (bonus to survey speed) # Deprioritized by AI if AE; already has full galactic survey data
* Expansion - Adoption (bonus to settlement speed) # Deprioritized by AI if AE; is not in a rush to colonize new planets usually. However, will restore normal priority if the AE gets an unsettled planet
* Harmony - Bulwark of Harmony # Changed as described above
* Supremacy - Adoption # Prioritized by AI if AE

Because some APs would cause Fallen Empires to break or would be useless on them, they won't be selected by Awakened Empires
These are:
* ap_nihilistic_acquisition # They don't want to capture pops
* ap_colossus # Implicitly can build colossi
* ap_engineered_evolution # They don't genemod
* ap_evolutionary_mastery # They don't genemod
* ap_the_flesh_is_weak # Materialist FE implicitly gets implants, and others don't want it
* ap_synthetic_evolution # Changing pop types will break everything about them
* ap_mind_over_matter # Spiritualist FE already has psionics, and others don't want it
* ap_transcendence # Spiritualist FE already has psionics, and others don't want it
* ap_galactic_contender # FE's getting bonus against other FE's is silly
* ap_consecrated_worlds # Spiritualist FE seeds with worlds already consecrated
* ap_shared_destiny # They don't use normal subject rules, and don't integrate
* ap_galactic_wonders_utopia # Can implicitly build all megastructures
* ap_galactic_wonders_megacorp # Can implicitly build all megastructures
* ap_galactic_wonders_utopia_and_megacorp # Can implicitly build all megastructures
* ap_synthetic_age # They don't robo-mod
* ap_xeno_compatibility # Creating half-precursor species will cause all sorts of inconsistencies
* ap_world_shaper # They don't terraform
* ap_machine_worlds # They don't terraform
* ap_hive_worlds # They don't terraform

These perks will be prioritized by the AI if they are an awakened empire:
* ap_defender_of_the_galaxy # Only if AE is guardian of the galaxy. Also, AEs can choose this perk as their first perk, unlike normal empires

These perks will be deprioritized by the AI if they are an awakened empire:
* ap_interstellar_dominion # They will probably take most of their planets from a total war like War in Heaven, instead of the claims system
* ap_galactic_force_projection # Starts with plenty of fleet capacity, but will reprioritize it if they are near full on fleet capacity
* ap_grasp_the_void # Starts with plenty of starbase capacity
* ap_eternal_vigilance # Their custom starbases are already plenty strong, but will reprioritize it if any FE/AE has lost a planet to a normal empire

APs not listed above are unchanged
