Patch for Dido's Legacy & African Religions Overhaul

Description
This is a compatibility patch for the African Religions Overhaul mod by faiuwle (https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/workshop/filedetails/?id=1904878986), and the Dido's Legacy mod by Pelinal (https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/workshop/filedetails/?id=1808748589). With those two mods and this patch, you will get all the custom religions and cultures from both mods, and Reformed Amazigh characters will be able to form the Dido's Legacy Carthage and Phoenicia titles. Additionally, the Dido's Legacy Carthage title will have access to the custom CBs and a few special events from ARO.

We recommend manual installation of this mod, due to a bug that currently exists on the workshop that might break mod dependencies. Download it here: https://github.com/faiuwle/CK2CarthageCompatibilityPatch

I don't understand what the patch for. I see no difference with it and without. Religion labels still broken, and Reformation Icons works without this patch

Did you try installing the patch manually by downloading it from github? Uploading to Steam for some reason breaks the dependencies, so I would expect that there would be issues with it if you just installed it through Steam.

Things are still broken if you try running African Religions Overhaul and Dido's Legacy together even with this patch.
Namely the Icon for Canaanite gets changed and the Holy Sites for it are show as being fully under your control with no one holding the locations so you can basically do an instant reformation without holding any of the actual temples/counties for the Holy Sites.

Maybe I misunderstood but does this mean the patch makes it also compatible with ARR or is someone working on it? I quit playing ARR because many of the mods i enjoy playing are incompatible with it, Didos legacy and this are some that i had been under the impression that were incompatible.

ooh... I would also love a fix for Patrum Scuta with Dido's legacy

Cool

Normally I'd say I'd want to work with the other modder to do that, but it actually looks like it would be a really simple fix to make ARO compatible with Patrum Scuta, so I could probably just do that.

think a patrum scuta fix could be made to?

Perhaps in the future someone might have the time to smash all these mods into one single mod but alas it seems that ARR is not as played as other mods these days. I guess that reforming celtic and egyptian paganism is not as fun as the hellenic faith ever since paradox made hellenism reformable.

Ahh, no worries. Just thought I'd make it clear, since I could imagine it's an easy thing to assume.
