Explosion VFX Override

I needed to start work on learning to create VFX, so I started with overriding the base explosion animation used by many different spell effects.

I've increased the FPS to 25 from 16, increased the texture resolution from 128x128 to 2048x2048, added entirely new sprites, slightly increased the size of the animation, added negative mass so it floats up a bit, and removed the motion blur.
