Coffee Table Patch

Description
Hey, this is just a small patch of the incorrect dock height for coffee tables. This just raises up items so they aren't stuck inside the table.

It is patching the original game file so will work for all mods that use the coffee table docks.

@lydocia. Might as well. Nothing wrong with patching a patch. Then there’s more of a chance of people getting a fixed dock height.

I'm happy I noticed this mod today, I was about to include it in my dock mod myself! :-)
