Report a translation problem
More times than not, I will cut the correct wire, as given by the manual, and the bomb will strike. I pulled up the bomb log to make sure I was reading everything correctly and the read out I got was:
"Strike! Pressed wire 3, while the correct wire was wire 312."
Then if I was able to get all three wires cut, the light on the module would not turn green.
I also did find that if the module went into the "Colored Piano" state, and you pressed a key after solving the module, the game would freeze and crash.
