Description
The more curve to the hat, the more authority to the man.

I think it has a unique look to it compaired to other commander hats that are ingame (ie Team Captian, Wiki Cap, Heavy Artillery Officer's Cap). I must say that the paintablity only looks good with some colors. I know that's true with a lot of items, but this one especialy. It only really looks normal with the dull paints.
