Abandoned Motel(For Rent)-V2

A new landlord has taken this old abandoned motel and renovated it for rent. He converted the laundry room to a decent reception with a snack machine and a water cooler. Each motel room comes with its own toilet($360) and has an available closet($60) for rent (real cheap). There is also a nice garden outside to hold meetings even in the coldest temperatures! Fortunately, the motel is located in a temperate zone, so it doesn't get too cold outside. This motel is a great place to start your business! This is Version 2 of my second upload to the workshop.
