Knooppunt Beverwaard (A16) by twixman1978

Intersection Beverwaard is located west of Rotterdam on the southbank of the Nieuwe Maas.

This intersection connects the A16 (coming from Dordrecht/Breda to the van Brienenoordbrug (bridge over the Nieuwe Maas) and the main local road going to the soccerstadium de Kuip (Feyenoord Stadium).

The intersection is complete with connections to Beverwaard/Oud-IJsselmonde, Tuinenhoven, Sportdorp en Feijenoord. It spins of the A16 wich contains a total of 2 seperate highwayssegments going both south and northbound.

It also includes a bicyclepath coming from all neighbouring neighbourhoods going to the van Brienenoordbrug to connect cyclists from the southbank with the northbank of the Nieuwe Maas.

I am building all intersections that can be found on the Ring Rotterdam (the main highways (A4 / A15 / A16 / A20) that travels around the municipal area of Rotterdam)
