Welcome to the ULTIMATE visual experience for Warhammer 2! Made by a long time modder and a professional artist (yeah, graphics are the only thing I am good at, sad but true I know).
A set of shaders carefully attuned to make the Warhammer 2 world feel more alive (seriously it looks like a little toy world now, as if you are playing with real life miniatures!). With special care taken for preserving clarity while enhancing the overall picture quality.
Overall I tried not to exaggerate with effects so it can be as close as possible to original render and actually playable.
Some of the shaders used:
- WORKING Depth of Field, MXAO, slight use of GodRays, better contrast + color, less invasive sharpness, etc.
... Aaah yes... hours and hours of OCD were spent to present you with all these delicate things (peace at last) ;D

Install it (select DirectX11!!!) and when prompted "Do you wish to download a collection of standard effects" select YES, check all effects except MXAO.fx, then

put the files into your Warhammer 2 folder (replace existing ones from Reshade installation) then continue reading for further instructions!

HOW TO SET UP:

1. When the game loads press HOME and then on the top where it says Default select VelovarW2, click Reload button at the bottom!!!
   
2. IMPORTANT!!! Click "Edit global preprocessor definition" and make sure numbers are set as in the image
   
   (Those are the values I have found look best and my shaders are set to compliment those values!)
   
3. Turn off AA or use FXAA in game`s video settings or some effects wont work!!!
   
4. Turn off Sharpness in video settings.
   
5. Tested with DirectX11 on 1920x1080 with default UI scale (if you use a different resolution, Depth of Field effect will look weird so read a POST bellow under discussions called "OTHER RESOLUTIONS" or turn off DOF or UImask)
   
6. Set portholes to 2D (you can use 3D portholes but some effects go trough UI and make it more distracting)

You can always refresh shaders by pressing HOME and then Reload, it is recommended to do it each time you launch the game.

Troubleshooting

People have pointed up that if crashing occurs you should try renaming dxgi.dll file to d3d11.dll. File is located in your Warhammer 2 folder (part of reshade installation).

Notes: This preset was created & tested on Ultra settings, with goal of setting a higher visual standard, so feel free to turn off shaders you find too taxing.
You may notice MXAO appearing trough UI, alas nothing I can do there. Screenshots are made with HUD-ON on purpose, so you can see which parts of the UI are 100% working and wont be affected.
