You can change the thumbnail for your older assets by subscribing to them, clicking on "update" in the asset manager and then clicking on the folder icon. It will open up a folder where you can replace the old thumbnail with the new one.

Update: Just re-uploaded this model, I just learnt how to upload custom icons on steam. However, I won't be re-uploading my first assets since i already gained lots of subs from those. Instead, I'll be applying this for my newer uploads.
