this little tuk-tuk wants a fresh drink of water because out here in the deaert its very dry. why not give the little guy a chance? also, the buget is very tight because this bridge has been known to collapse in the past, so they stopped giving money to the lost cause. why not make sure this bridge doesn't colapse on the second day of testing?
