Description
I modified the Rotary Kiln Plant from the industries expansion to produce coal to be consumed by regular industrial buildings. By being able to produce coal locally, this will reduce shipments from outside connections.

There HAS to be a way to get the industry areas to accept materials from the recycling centers...
