It should be bad news ARE coming from Moscow
Basically what the others said, it has its flaws.
One thing I'd like to point out are the weapon sprites. In the first two/three levels I was confused wherether I was shot by a mendoza or shotgunner. You should make the Mendoza and Shotgun look more different as it was hard for me to tell which one was holding what.
Another thing that also bugs me a little are the different music volumes. Sometimes the song is too loud, sometimes too queit. Now I know it's not a cakewalk to optimize it perfectly (especially when using audacity), but at least try to make the music volume constant.
Now that said, it's not a bad campaign and I hope you learn from your mistakes and use your knowledge for good.
Also, "I only drink space beer" . No for real, when I saw the title I thought you were making a meme campaign.
