Thanks Sounder, glad you like them!

A bit out of date though, might have to do something about that soon ;)

This is great. I'm loving your whole ISL fleet. Great use of the PAM and SAM scripts. The uniform toolbar setups across the fleet is fantastic. Great work, mate!

Damn Brianetta, that's quite the review! you should start a youtube channel reviewing ships like that! :steamhappy:

Thanks, Spite. Your work is always a pleasure to use.

Secondly, I re-arrange the lines of the flight seat's Custom Data to put the hydrogen tank level at the top of the screen, where it can be seen without turning one's head.

If you need to go for very long endurance voyages, I would advise placing a survival kit in place of the armory (which is just down the stairs between the airlocks) and perhaps attaching a cryopod to one of the conveyors near the turrets in the rear.

This is an extremely versatile ship. If you need to run off renewables, ion and atmospheric options are available, but this hydrogen powered model is, in my opinion, a class of its own. A very well thought out and performant ship, as one would expect from any vessel carrying the ISL marque.

The front airlock uses a very convenient configuration, with the docking connector being just below the door, allowing the ship to be docked to the majority of NPC stations with walk-on/walk-off access. The rear airlock allows the pilot or a passenger to pop out to the rear of the ship to reload the three interior turrets, all with the comfort of artificial gravity and safely railed catwalks. Both airlocks are simple lossy airlocks, but the on-board gas generator can easily replenish supplies while in space, and the cabin's air vent can be used to refill the tank from suitable atmospheres if the doors are opened.

There are a couple of modifications I make after I've welded this up from blueprint. First, I don't build the interior turrets (this ship can outrun almost anything I've seen, and they don't have good arcs of fire). The locations for the outside two turrets are where I place ladders, because climbing in to the ship after landing rough otherwise requires the use of a jetpack.

Review:

This thing is so much fun. In atmosphere on Earth-like, it has more endurance from two full large hydrogen tanks than the atmospheric variant has from full batteries, and since hydrogen can be purchased from NPC stations this makes an excellent vessel for planetary economy missions. Its acceleration is immense, and Blarg's cruise control can be used to fly atmopherically while using minimal fuel, in addition to escaping gravity to space.

The cockpit is comfortably appointed, and the big picture windows in front of the flight seat provide amazing views of the countryside while either of the included autopilot scripts does the hard work of flying.

Honestly, that's perfect! I just need something to get me to the moon because I can't find platinum astroids for the life of me!

Unfortunately I had not really gotten around to those yet, so far the only ones with Jump Drives are are the MK 2 Pegasus series:

Hey Spite, do any of your shuttles come with a Jump Drive?
