Elite Classes
By Caff
Various classes for various playstyles. Combining these amongst your team would make this game way to simple, and way to difficult for the pathetic police.

(Also comment if you think you got another class, or another build I should look at. Another guide focusing on another elite class (such as the bronco .44 build, honestly in my opinion isn't that elite and you can go with the berserker, or guardian build (with a suit) and get better results), but still send me a friend request so we can discuss it.)

The Mastermind
The Mastermind will focus on having several skills that help the team survive, suprisingly simple concept. Also people don't seem to understand this -- THERE IS ONLY A NEED FOR ONE MASTERMIND per team. The masterminds main goal is to survive, he isn't the first one into the battle field but he won't be helpless either. The mastermind with the right build can be just as deadly as the TECHFORCER, your primary tank and damage dealer.

Skills

Combat Medic (ACED)~ After you have revived a crew member, you receive a 25% damage bonus for 10 seconds. Reviving a crew member gives them 30% more health.
This skill is fairly good to help your team survive since you pick them up with more health. The basic damage bonus for ten seconds doesn't sound like a lot but it stacks with damage. And will help you once you reach higher perks.

Leadership (ACED)~You and your crew's weapon stability with pistols is increased by 25%. You and your crew's weapon stability with all weapons is increased by 50%.
This skill is more for your allies rather than yourself because stability in this game is your accuracy or the recoil of your gun. So when the group has to take down large number of police it's easier if the gun has a less of a recoil. The pistol stability will help you on the other hand since this is your primary defense since your suppose to be the last one down.

Smooth Talker (ACED)~ You can now successfully answer 4 pagers instead of 2. Special enemies marked by you take 15% more damage.
Smooth Talker is thought of as a ghost skill since it increases your number of pagers. But in all reality once you get the aced version of it the damage increase helps insanely. Remember your not the first one on the battlefield but that doesn't mean your camping in a corner either. Pick up an m308 or heavily modified rifle and support your team. Highlight anything you see on the battle field. Make sure to tell them on your mic not to point out the person you are, as you notice the outline will be red instead of pink. They will take 15% more damage, this will help you take down bulldozers much more faster.

Equilbrium (ACED)~Increases your accuracy with pistols by 10% and decreases the time it takes to pull and put away pistols by 50%. Increases your rate of fire with pistols by 100%.
The aced version of this is the most important thing, since pistols primarily fire fairly slow and this is your tool for self defense incase you get trapped by a bulldozer and your team mates are busy themselves. You want to maximize your damage per second, killing him before he has a chance to fire. You'll want to be able to attack quicker.

Combat Doctor (ACED)~You can now place 2 doctor bags instead of just one. Your doctor bags have 2 more charges.
This is the whole reason there's only need for one mastermind per team. The dual medic bag with four charges, that's eight charges per game. You'll notice a "bleedout phase" when you take to much damage. At this time you can get picked up, only three times before you go into a black and white down. This means your next down you'll go into custody. At this time you'll heal. That's 28 downs in one game.

Gunslinger (ACED)~You reload pistols 50% faster. You deal 50% additional damage with pistols.
This is your bread and butter when it comes to mastermind, it will help you survive no matter the scenario. If a bulldozer traps you in a coner you'll pull out a deagle (with 50% increased damage) and kill him within a few seconds.

Inspire (ACED)~You revive crew members 50% faster. Shouting at your teammates will increase their movement speed by 20% for 10 seconds. There is a 75% chance that you can revive crew members at a distance by shouting at them.
This allows you to yell at and instantly pick up your allies. This can work through walls.

How To MAXIMIZE Your Damage

Gunslinger+Inspire+Combat Medic+equilbrium+Smooth Talker+Cleaner
OVERPOWERED Mastermind. The Gunslinger makes your pistols do 50% more damage, inspire allows you to pick up an ally instantly and get the 10 second 25% boost to damage, smooth talker when targeting a dozer forces you to do another 15% damage boost, a 5% bonus from Cleaner (A Ghost Skill), and equilbrium allows you to deal twice the damage per second. 185% more damage per second on a heavily modified Deagle (55 damage)= 157 damage per bullet. (if and only if you just picked up an ally from a recently down dozer your now charging. If else your only doing 143 damage per bullet). Either way a bulldozer will drop before you empty your clip, and if you unload it all into the bulldozers face he won't even be able to shoot you.

The Build (Edit As You See Fit)
Level 100 Build[www.pd2skills.info]

The Techforcer
The Techforcer is your classical tank class. He'll be focused on taking most of the damage and dealing the damage out. He'll place the drills and worry about keeping the numbers down. If he gets over ran he's likely to take damage and drop low enough in health to go into beserker mode. A much more powerful version of the Techforcer since it allows him to one shot anyone (except the obvious bulldozer). Addition, this class is an elite class, it does deal massive damage, can stand under the most intense pressure but lacks in the ability to help the team move the bags. He'll be the one jumping face first into a group of cops though and clear out an area prior to the group moving the bags, or while the group is moving the bags. Of course you can respec in some areas to get sinobi and transporter but you'll have to sacrifice some of the power that makes a techforcer so unique.

Skills

Oppressor (ACED)~Your weapons are 25% more effective at threatening enemies. Your weapons are 50% more effective at threatening enemies.
This skill actually helps you control hectic area's. Slowing down their movement progression. They will shiver at the thought of coming anywhere near you or your team. Giving your armor time to recorver, jump over the barricade your hiding behind and take them out.

Die Hard (ACED)~You can use your primary weapon in bleedout. Your armor recovers 15% faster.
If you go down and you don't have a mastermind with inspire he'll have to manually run up and pick you up. So pulling out your primary might be the best option to clear the area, and the armor recorvery time means less of a chance for them to ever reach your armor.

Underdog (ACED)~When you are surrounded by three enemies or more, you receive a 15% damage bonus. When you are surrounded by three enemies or more, you receive 15% less damage from enemies.
If you are surrounded by two or less people you are probably standing in the wrong area. As the techforcer you should be targeted by EVERYONE and thus this skill will allow you to take less damage and deal more. The whole goal of a techforcer.

Stun Resistance (ACED)~Reduces the visual effect duration of flashbangs by 25%. Further reduces the visual effect duration by 50%.
The flashbangs can be seen as a "nuke" in many scenarios if your team isn't prepared. IF YOUR not prepared, the duration decreased to mere seconds you can duck behind something and jump out before the police have the time to come around your makeshift barrier and kill your team. The nuke won't be killing off your team, well maybe their ears still. Just turn down the sfx maybe?

Shotgun Impact (ACED)~Your weapon stability with all shotguns is increased by 25%. You deal 35% more damage with shotguns.
The shotgun will be your best friend and get insane damage boosts. And is ideal since you'll be right in the face of everyone who dares look at you.

Ammunition Specialist (ACED)~You can now place 2 ammo bags instead of just one. Each ammo bag contains additional 200% ammunition.
This shouldn't even be questioned, it's a must. All teams must have ammo to live longer than fifteen minutes, by the way that's the average length of a heist so, only one person with ammo bags should last you guys if you guys are smart. But if you don't have a full elite team it might be difficult to survive on just one's ammo bag.

Fully Loaded (ACED)~Your total ammo capacity is increased by 25%. Enemies drop 75% more ammunition.
This will help you when it comes to conserving ammo. As you can tell shotguns have fairly large clips and large pools of ammo. And since it only takes one shot for one kill the increased ammo drop from enemies will supply you with UNLIMITED ammo. A neat little trick every elite knows.

Shotgun CQB~Increases your shotgun reload speed by 50%.
As the front of the line techforcer reloading to slow may actually lead to your death. Especially if a bulldozer is coming or if your using the locomotive 12G.

Hard Boiled~Increases your shotgun weapon accuracy by 20% when firing from the hip.
Aiming down the sights is for those who have time for it. Being on the front line with all your damage bonuses it should only take one shot, and with the spread of the shotgun it will be no problem what so ever to hip fire and still come out the victor with positive ammo count.

Overkill~When you kill an enemy using a shotgun or the OVE9000 portable saw, you receive a 75% damage boost for 5 seconds.
The first shot will turn the most pathetic weapon into an instant finisher. It's hard to believe they haven't nerfed this yet (use to be 100% i guess? I'm guessing that just prevented people from using the shotgun as a sniper rifle with the damage boost), I mean this is an insane damage boost. Once you get your first headshot everyone else should die in one body shot.

Iron Man (ACED)~Unlocks the ability to wear the Improved Combined Tactical Vest. When you melee Shield enemies, they get knocked back by the sheer force. Run and shoot - you can now shoot from the hip while sprinting.
As the techforcer your main goal is to be the man who can do it all, the man who will clear a bank lobby of everything with ease. This vest will increase your armor and the aced version allows you to solo shields. Making clearing out area's easier solo, and you can now run and shoot, no more having to slow down to hipfire.
Bulletproof~Improves your armor so you can absorb 50% more damage.
The whole reason this build is different from a Catalyst build. This finishes up the techforcer build, mixing the enforcer and technician together to form an ultimate tank, who's purpose is to kill everyon on the battle field while moving fairly slow. He doesn't take ♥♥♥♥ from no one. He only gets stronger from being shot. As the man who goes in against all odds, outnumbered and outgunned he must be able to take as much damage as possible and this is what this skill is for. To MAXIMIZE the damage you take.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The Build (Edit As You See Fit)
Level 100 Build[www.pd2skills.info]
The Catalyst
The catalyst is a build that will be fairly useless on heists with a noob team since it is a fairly weak class that speeds up the heist for the rest of the team. He'll carry the C4 and OVE9000 SAW on most heists with him. The saw will be used to open doors and the C4 will be used to open safes, he'll be one of the fastest on your team as well with bags because he gets both sinobi and transporter. He also becomes very resilient to most scenario's. Being able to run insanely fast he'll avoid most damage via dodging, he also gets the technicians enhanced armor recorvery rate and increased armor ratings.

Skills

Transporter (ACED)~You move 50% faster when carrying bags. You can throw bags 50% further.
As the person with light armor on you'll want to be able to throw the bags behind cover, run to the cover and then pick them up and keep moving slowly like that till you reach the van. If it's to heavy like guns or gold it will still help you move them quicker.

Die Hard (ACED)~You can use your primary weapon in bleedout. Your armor recovers 15% faster.
The increased armor recorvery rate is almost needed for your class since it has no overpowered gun perks. It will rely on the other classes to protect you from bulldozers but you'll still be able to take out basic units and other specials.
Underdog (ACED)~When you are surrounded by three enemies or more, you receive a 15% damage bonus. When you are surrounded by three enemies or more, you receive 15% less damage from enemies.
Since you'll be surrounded by a lot of people you'll want to recieve less damage, trust me when I say since your the most defenseless guy on the map they'll target you a lot.

Stun Resistance (ACED)~Reduces the visual effect duration of flashbangs by 25%. Further reduces the visual effect duration by 50%.
If you get flashbanged you will quickly die unless you can find cover and take out the FBI and SWAT that blinded you. Aim for headshots and they won't be a huge issue.

Beserker (ACED)~The lower your health, the more damage you do. When your health is below 25%, you will do up to 250% more melee and saw damage. When your health is below 25%, you will do up to 100% more damage with ranged weapons.
The melee boost damage allows you to open things will your saw much more quickly and effieciently. The deposit boxes for example takes 2 taps to open normally, now with this skill it takes 1 tap to open a deposit box. So you cut your time and the saw blades needed in half. The range damage increase just helps you do a little more damage to keep yourself as protected as you can.

Portable Saw~Unlocks the OVE9000 portable saw for you to use.
As the catalyst you'll obviously need the saw. Just remember only take it when you need it... Don't be that idiot who takes it because they want to carry a saw. Sure the OVE9000 can be used to kill bulldozers quickly but leave that to your team mates.

Hardware Expert (ACED)~You fix the drill 25% faster and you also deploy trip mines 20% faster. Gives your drill a 30% chance to autorestart when it breaks down. You also deploy the sentry gun 50% faster.
God forbid if you run into a titanium safe and need to use a drill. As the catalyst you need to be all around good at speeding up the game. And drills is a huge part of this game.

Drill Sergeant (ACED)~Your drilling efficiency is increased by 15%. Further increases your drilling efficiency by 15%.
God forbid if you run into a titanium safe and need to use a drill. As the catalyst you need to be all around good at speeding up the game. And drills is a huge part of this game.

Blast Radius (ACED)~The radius of trip mine explosions are increased by 25%. The radius is further increased by 50%.
Most maps won't need you to use all 6 of your trip mines so you can use them with sensors or use them to protect yourself against bulldozers.

Shaped Charges (ACED)~Adds 3 more trip mines to your inventory. Trip mines can now be converted to shaped charges, used to breach certain safes and doors.
Obviously you'll have to be able to blow open doors and safes with C4, it should be obvious for a catalyst.

Shockproof~Taser shock attacks on you backfire, knocking back the Taser.
This helps you survive if while your moving the bags and your team is at a distance trying to get more bags or simply killing off a few police. You won't have to worry about tasers no more!

Bulletproof (ACED)~Improves your armor so you can absorb 50% more damage. The armor recovery rate of you and your crew is increased by 25%.
As a catalyst you'll need to be able to survive, even as the most defenseless elite class you are the most useful. Thus you need to survive. This also helps your techforcers because the armor recorvery rate helps not only you but YOUR TEAM as well. Trust me, techforcers will love you forever if you have this skill aced.

Chameleon (ACED)~In casing mode, your concealment is increased by 25%. You are 15% less likely to be targeted when you are close to your crew members.
If your moving bags with your team you'll notice the police will be less likely to target you. This is because your less of a threat. And that's true, your not the threat, your just the person moving every bag at probably twice the rate of your other team mates because your the catalyst.

Shinobi~Your walk speed is increased by 25% and your crouch speed is increased by 10%.
Again you need to move fast, your whole goal is to get in and out, or at least quicken the game as much as you can.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The Build (Edit As You See Fit)
Level 100 Build[www.pd2skills.info]
The Guardian
The Guardian is different from the techforcer in many different ways. The Guardian is more of a person that camps and defends. He offers the ability to take down bulldozers with ease and if lucky can actually pick themselves up. They can be a last resort if you guys don't have a catalyst since they can hand pick safes and drop dual ammo bags. An all around good class. (Also if you like the style of "Berserking" which only thing I've read different about it is not so much the skill berserker but the fact that he doesn't wear armor. He dodges the incoming fire and deals it back out. Instead of using a deagle and highlighting a bulldozer you'll drop an ammo bag and open fire.)

Skills

Bullet Storm (ACED)~Directly after you deploy an ammo bag, you can fire your weapon for 5 seconds without depleting your ammunition. You can fire 5 seconds longer without depleting your ammunition
You'll notice straight from the start that the enforcer gets bullet storm. A skill that was thought so useless but in truth when you are surrounded by twenty police or two bulldozers and six police you can drop an ammo bag, instantly you get unlimited ammo and no clip turned on. You can fire your shotgun fully automatic now as if it was a machine gun (highly recommended that the enforcer goes with Mosconi and loco as a secondary).

Transporter (ACED)~You move 50% faster when carrying bags. You can throw bags 50% further.
The Guardian unlike the techforcer will move bags, with great ease because his high armor (less than the techforcer but still more than most).

Ammunition Specialist (ACED)~You can now place 2 ammo bags instead of just one. Each ammo bag contains additional 200% ammunition.
The Guardian is pretty much limited to bringing the ammunition for the purposes of bulletstorm primarily and secondarily for ammo, incase the enforcers entire team for what ever reason couldn't survive on their own ammo/the techforcers ammo bags.

Fully Loaded (ACED)~ Your total ammo capacity is increased by 25%. Enemies drop 75% more ammunition.
Again with a shotgun based weapon set you have unlimited ammo as long as you pick up the ammo the police drop upon killing them.

Iron Man~Unlocks the ability to wear the Improved Combined Tactical Vest.
The Guardian still has to be heavily protected and ready to battle since he's camping at a spot and ready for a bulldozer to come to him.

Cat Burglar (ACED)~You take 75% less damage from falling from non-fatal heights. Your fall damage is reduced so that you only take armor damage from falling from non-fatal heights. Your custody time is reduced by 50%.
Falling from heights and losing health is just sad, so getting this skill eliminates that loss of health. And it actually makes the Guardian a lot more mobile then most other classes. This helps if you are camping on a high location and your team mates need help downstairs, you can jump off of where your at and run into the place they are at.

Fast Hands (ACED)~You can pack and interact with loot bags 25% faster. Further increases your pack and interaction speed with loot bags by 50%.
The biggest difference between you and the techforcer is he's made to go extreemly slow (and take a hell of a lot more damage) and protect you guys while your moving the loot bags. So this is where your superior, you will pick up the bags way faster and throw them way further.

Shinobi~Your walk speed is increased by 25% and your crouch speed is increased by 10%.
Again you are made to move faster than the techforcer.

Nine Lives~You gain the ability to go into bleedout 1 more time before going into custody. When you go into bleedout, you have a 10% chance to get right back up. (Tier Bonus:When wearing armor, your movement speed is 25% less affected.)
You have the chance of getting right back up, and you get another down before going into black and white bleed out. You might not be a tank, but you are a survivalist. Your armor, your heavy, heavy armor will affect your movement speed less now as well. Moving bags just became that much easier.

Lockpicking Expert (ACED)~Increases your lockpicking interaction speed by 25%. You can now silently crack safes by hand. Further increases your lockpicking interaction speed by 25%.
If you don't have a catalyst or if your catalyst has used all his C4 prior to the final safe (Nightclub for example) you can pick the safe open.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The Build (Edit As You See Fit)
Level 100 Build[www.pd2skills.info]

The Support Specialist
This class is only recommended if you got a team filled with elite players. who can survive without the extra ammo and already have a mastermind. It focuses on the sentry aspect of this game and the domination of the police to help as an asset to your group. You yourself won't be going out and fighting a lot but your minions and sentries will provide supressing fire on high heated escapes and back against the wall moments. You can pretty much ware a suit with this class and load the bags (IF you got an elite team and sentries to spare while loading the bags).

Skills

Rifleman (ACED)~Your snap to zoom is 100% faster with assault rifles. Your weapon zoom level is increased by 25% with assault rifles.
The rifleman bonus just makes it easier to survive and keep your distance. The support specialist might not achieve maximum damage but with the m308, and target practice you can scope in and take one clean headshot to most guards.

Sharpshooter (ACED)~You are 50% more accurate with all single shot weapons. Your weapon stability is increased with all rifles by 25%.
Combination with the rifleman bonus, when standing still, to your recoil, to when your moving you'll want to be fairly accurate. And this is the way how. The Support Specialist will almost act as a mini-snpier of the group until you guys are escaping the area.

Sentry Gun (ACED)-->Sentry Tower Defense (ACED)~Unlocks the sentry gun for you to use. Your sentry gun gains 150% more health. Your sentry gun accuracy is improved by 100%. Your sentry gun rotational speed is increased by 150%. Your sentry gun receives 50% extra ammunition. Your sentry gun receives a protective shield. You can now place 2 sentry guns instead of just one. Your sentry gun damage is increased by 300%. (Tier Bonus: Increases your headshot damage by 25%.)
The sentry gun is the only thing the support specialist has unique. This will be an always when it comes to heists. When your backed against the wall a single turret alone will cause supress fire, and a lethal fire when fully upgraded. You will have to watch out for shields though, but you should honestly never leave a sentry to guard an area.

Joker (ACED)~You can convert a non-special enemy to fight on your side. The enemy must have surrendered in order for you to convert it. The converted enemy gains 55% more health and deals 45% more damage.
Since you pick off the basic unit and can get easily over ran if you are away from your group OR you unfortunately get swarmed and your not use to quick scoping (zooming in getting the headshot, zooming out to turn towards the next cop and zoom in for another clean headshot, repeating how ever many times needed) you may be in trouble. The converted police officer will protect you, or may just serve as a bulletproof shield.

Smooth Talker (ACED)~You can now successfully answer 4 pagers instead of 2. Special enemies marked by you take 15% more damage.
When the special enemies like bulldozers walk up to you you'll be able to maximize your output damage. And if not maximize your allies damage.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The Build (Edit As You See Fit)
Level 100 Build[www.pd2skills.info]
The Sniper
The m308 being an elite's most favorite weapon, especially if you want to have the feeling of a sniper in this game. With it's high damage, and the fact you'll mostly be aiming down the sights a lot! Also if you want you can get the laser just to go the extra mile.

Skills

Cable Guy (ACED)~You can cable tie hostages 75% faster. Increases your supply of cable ties by 4.
As the sniper you will be that player who will be most likely to shoot your civilians. This is because when ever you aim down your sight you'll most likely have to face that idiotic civilian who stands up in your way. Most of the time you'll be out of range to yell the civilian back into submission and this can be very frustrating. Also by having more civilians tied the assault waves are shorter a benefit for your team and yourself.

Leadership (ACED)~You and your crew's weapon stability with pistols is increased by 25%. You and your crew's weapon stability with all weapons is increased by 50%.
This helps with the recoil (stability), if your rapidly taking fire to take down waves of people or a bulldozer you'll be less likely to miss.

Smooth Talker (ACED)~You can now successfully answer 4 pagers instead of 2. Special enemies marked by you take 15% more damage.
Smooth Talker is mostly thought of as a stealthing skill but in all honesty is greatly helpful when you have specials like a bulldozer near you.

Oppressor (ACED)~Your weapons are 25% more effective at threatening enemies. Your weapons are 50% more effective at threatening enemies.
This skill is helpful for a secondary, since your primary will be a silent m308 (further detail of why below in the combo), having a loud secondary will be helpful when the enemies come in fairly large waves and to close for comfort.

Die Hard (ACED)~You can use your primary weapon in bleedout. Your armor recovers 15% faster.
The armor recorvery helps because as a sniper you'll most likely be targeted a lot. Dip behind cover and wait for your armor to go back up.

Ammunition Specialist~You can now place 2 ammo bags instead of just one.
As a sniper you'll blow through ammo fast so having two ammo bags to yourself is nice. Of course this is if you have a techforcer to lay down his ammo bags, if else you might find yourself sharing.

Fully Loaded~Your total ammo capacity is increased by 25%. (Tier Bonus: You do 5% more damage.)
The m308's low ammo capacity can get bothersome since it's only 40 rounds. Having this skill increases that ammo capacity to 50 rounds, plus a 5% damage bonus which is fairly nice since a sniper's whole point is to maximize the damage.
Rifleman (ACED)~Your snap to zoom is 100% faster with assault rifles. Your weapon zoom level is increased by 25% with assault rifles.
Being able to snap to zoom faster and with a further scope for accuracy, a clean headshot and quick scoping should easily become a reality.

Sharpshooter (ACED)~You are 50% more accurate with all single shot weapons. Your weapon stability is increased with all rifles by 25%.
More accuracy for the m308, and less recoil.

Silent Drilling~Your drill makes 65% less noise. Civilians and guards are less likely to hear your drill and sound the alarm. (Tier Bonus: Increases your headshot damage by 25%.)
The drilling itself isn't important but the headshot damage increase is.

Cleaner~You deal 5% more damage against special enemies.
May seem like small damage but it adds up.

Martial Arts (ACED)~You are 50% more likely to knock down an enemy with a melee strike. You take 50% less damage from all melee attacks because of training. (Actual reduction is 5% for both bullet and melee attacks.)
Bullet reduction helps with the idea that you'll be aimed at a lot, so... just survive!

SMG Specialist (ACED)~Increases your reload speed of SMG weapons by 35%. Increases your rate of fire with SMGs by 20%.
An SMG is a good secondary if your using the m308 as a primary, but make the SMG have the mod firebreather so it works with your oppressor skill.

Silent Killer (ACED)~You deal 15% more damage with all silenced weapons. You deal 15% more damage and have a 15% chance to pierce enemy armor with silenced weapons.
Yes you do more damage with a silencer than a firebreather. Look at the combo section at the bottom of the sniper to reveal the damage difference.

The Professional (ACED)~Weapon stability with silenced weapons is increased by 50%. Your accuracy with silenced weapons is increased by 50% and your snap to zoom is 100% faster with silenced weapons.
With a silent m308 and rifle man/sharpshooter the m308 becomes an insanely accurate, insanely quick snap to zoom and insanely low recoil. Ultimately you become as deadly if not more deadlier than the techforcer.. with lighter armor.

Combo
(first the math behind the m308, the base of it's damage unmodified and without any skills is 75 damage. With the firebreather the damage is 90. With the silencer THE BIGGER THE BETTER the damage only decreases five. Once you get the ghost skill Deadly Killer your damage increases 30%, (70x1.3=91). One damage more than the firebreather m308.

Smooth Talker + Fully Loaded + Silent Drilling + Cleaner + Silent Killer = 136.5 damage per bullet against specials who you tagged with smooth talker. (118.3 damage against normal police)

(NOTE WORTHY: You can drop the ghost skill "The Professional (ACED)" which helps you with quick scoping in order to get the enforcer's skill "Beserker (ACED)" which will double your damage output when are below 25% health.)

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The Build (Edit As You See Fit)
Level 100 Build[www.pd2skills.info]

The Panther
Their razor sharp claws come in handy for climbing trees and for hunting. Their cup-shaped ears can pinpoint the exact source of sound. They have relatively short but powerful legs to run short or long distances at amazing speeds. When close, they can pounce on their prey nearly instantly ending their existance. Their black coat seemingly makes them invisible to the naked eye when hiding in the shadows. But perhaps the most interesting is their lack of concern for their own safety and ability to maintain stealth, charging towards their prey without the concern of it's surroundings.(I mean #YOLO)

Skills

Endurance (ACED)~Increases your stamina by 100%. Increases stamina for you and your crew by 50%.
As a panther you must have stamina, you must run for long distances without getting tired, infact you'll actually inspire your team to have better stamina.
Dominator (ACED)~You can now intimidate a non-special enemy. Less well trained enemies are easier to intimidate. The power and range of your intimidation is increased by 50%.
Your presence actually scares the living hell out of anyone standing in your way. With the aced version of this your intimidation only gets stronger and works over a longer distance than it did before.

Smooth Talker (ACED)~You can now successfully answer 4 pagers instead of 2. Special enemies marked by you take 15% more damage.
Decisive results will come from you, and will only be within reach if you got the ability to answer four pagers. And if a black bulldozer comes for you, you'll be prepared with your talents to reduce his focus (armor) and run around him dodging his bullets and giving your team the chance to take him down.

Joker (ACED)~You can convert a non-special enemy to fight on your side. The enemy must have surrendered in order for you to convert it. The converted enemy gains 55% more health and deals 45% more damage.
The panther is so ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ scary that he'll actually scare his prey to do his bidding. The fear somehow increases the victums damage and tolerance for damage.

Control Freak~Noise created by you intimidates civilians.(Tier Bonus:The power of your intimidation when you shout is increased by 200%. Reduces the asset costs in the Job Overview by 50%.)
The panther gets the ability to control the field, no civilian will dare to be a hero now! (Also you just become more ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ scary, you can now intimidate "every other cop".)

Transporter (ACED)~You move 50% faster when carrying bags. You can throw bags 50% further.
The panther has unmatched skills, moving the fastest of the team and being able to carry the bags faster, toss the bags further, and pick up the bags in a blink of an eye.

Opressor (ACED)~Your weapons are 25% more effective at threatening enemies. Your weapons are 50% more effective at threatening enemies.
Your threat level has just increased!

Underdog~When you are surrounded by three enemies or more, you receive a 15% damage bonus.
The panther strikes fear into the hearts of others, but also in it's own heart fears getting outnumbered. Use to taking on one prey at a time cringes at the thought of three plus people around him/her. Muscles tightening and adrenaline pulsing through his/her veins become more stronger.

Sprinter (ACED)~The time before stamina regeneration starts is reduced by 25% and the regeneration rate of stamina is increased by 25%. Your sprint speed is increased by 25% and you have a 25% better chance dodging enemy fire while moving.
Not only do you have to have good stamina but you also have to be able to run fast and run for long periods of time with short breaks in between.

Cleaner (ACED)~You deal 5% more damage against special enemies. You can now bag and throw corpses.
You know how to deal with the bigger ones (special units) from personal experience. And know how to hide bodies if needed.

Chameleon (ACED)~In casing mode, your concealment is increased by 25%. You are 15% less likely to be targeted when you are close to your crew members.
In the shadow you disappear, in a crowd of civilians you disappear, next to your allies you disappear.

Shinobi (ACED)~Your walk speed is increased by 25% and your crouch speed is increased by 10%. Enemies make 95% less noise when shot or meleed to death.
Fast on your paws and used to pouncing with fangs buried deep inside of the jugular vein silencing them forever. Truely a deadly combo.

Lockpicking Expert (ACED)~Increases your lockpicking interaction speed by 25%. You can now silently crack safes by hand. Further increases your lockpicking interaction speed by 25%. (Tier Bonus:The time between swapping weapons is reduced for you by 80%.)
The panther may use his/her sharp claws to pickpock moderately faster and even picklock safes to reveal hidden treasure. (Also comfortable with your weapons you can now switch faster)

The Build (Edit As You See Fit)
Level 100[www.pd2skills.info]

Learn to use this trick on all other heists HERE.

The Berserker
The berserker is the opposite of the panther, not very stealthy but can be. He focuses on wearing a suit and dodging bullets when going loud. Again much like the panther, but instead, he focuses on the loud factor, he actually lives to go loud. Dodging all bullets and diving face first into battle, running around his enemies and hip firing. This may sound absolutely insane since a suits armor rating is maybe two bullets on overkill. Well even with this being true once you learn to aim for the head (without iron sights) you'll be able to take use your fully automatic weapon (preferably a weapon with low ammo count but high damage like the AMR). You have an infinite ammo pool and high health to counter react to your low armor. Takes a little practice, and is difficult to go back, fair warning.

Skills

Leadership (ACED)~You and your crew's weapon stability with pistols is increased by 25%. You and your crew's weapon stability with all weapons is increased by 50%.
Stability, or recoil will lower with this skill. And if you want to be deadly as possible, eliminate the enemies quick and effieciently you simply must hit 80% of your bullets. Low recoil is just the start.

Smooth Talker (ACED)~You can now successfully answer 4 pagers instead of 2. Special enemies marked by you take 15% more damage.
With the berserkers WarCry he can actually inspire his team mates and un-nerve larger foes (Special Units), increasing your teams damage 15% temporarily against the intimidated foe.

Combat Doctor~You can now place 2 doctor bags instead of just one.
Not exactly a mastermind but he doesn't have anything else, the doctor bags are of last resort, and for him to carry around. Use to living on the edge he'll most likely find himself in moments where his health is quickly falling and he's far from the team due to his playstyle. Not running from the enemies but not running at them he'll find his way to cover, behind a tree, car, or building he'll take a quick stop to apply some medical expertise, and get back out on the battle field. (HEAL EVERY TIME YOU DROP BELOW 5% HEALTH)

Kilmer (ACED)~Increases your reload speed with assault rifles by 25%. Your weapon accuracy while moving with assault rifles is increased by 50%. Run and reload - you can now reload your weapons while sprinting.
Now assault rifles being your primary and only weapon you'll ever use requires you to be comfortable with it. You can now run with your gun while reloading, no more need to slow down, this will allow you to dodge and get back into battles faster, hell probably stay in battle while reloading your gun faster than the average Joe.

Pistol Misaya~While in bleedout, you are instantly revived if you kill an enemy with a pistol. You only have 1 charge. You will replenish you charge when you get out of custody.
Living on the edge does have it's mistakes, consider this your backup. Your deagle which no one has ever seen before, going down you pull it out and aim for the head. One shot, and you pick yourself back up. Back in the game, warning you only get to do this once (until you go into custody, and get back out).

Underdog (ACED)~When you are surrounded by three enemies or more, you receive a 15% damage bonus. When you are surrounded by three enemies or more, you receive 15% less damage from enemies.
The berserker gets more wilder when surrounded by three plus soldiers. Adrenaline pulsing he becomes better suit for war, if they get lucky enough to hit him the damage is reduced, and they'll feel his 15% damage increase.

Stun Ristance (ACED)~Reduces the visual effect duration of flashbangs by 25%. Further reduces the visual effect duration by 50%.
Running around he'll rarely gets flash banged, but if he does it seemingly doesn't work on him.
Berserker (ACED)~The lower your health, the more damage you do. When your health is below 25%, you will do up to 250% more melee and saw damage. When your health is below 25%, you will do up to 100% more damage with ranged weapons.
Increasing your damage all that much more, if you drop below 25% health you gain more damage, and if your clip runs out instead of reloading to finish off that last guy you can now lay him flat out, one punch to the face at a time.

Fully Loaded (ACED)~ Your total ammo capacity is increased by 25%. Enemies drop 75% more ammunition.
Since your constantly running around you'll be picking up the ammo they drop, which if you are accurate with your shots you'll notice your ammo regenerates faster than you can spend it.

Iron Man (ACED)~Unlocks the ability to wear the Improved Combined Tactical Vest. When you melee Shield enemies, they get knocked back by the sheer force. Run and shoot - you can now shoot from the hip while sprinting.
Even though you won't be waring the vest you'll have the ability to melee shields back, and shoot them in their once protected faces. Also you can shoot from the hip WHILE SPRINTING, since you never stop moving this helps so much. You will never have to slow down, reloading, and shooting, you won't stop.

Nerves of Steel~You take 50% less damage while interacting with things.
If your allies chase you around because you inspired them to kill something you'll now be able to pick them up in the heat of battle without taking as much damage since your health is the most important thing in the world... or perhaps not with your berserker mode waiting at 25% health.

Sprinter (ACED)~The time before stamina regeneration starts is reduced by 25% and the regeneration rate of stamina is increased by 25%. Your sprint speed is increased by 25% and you have a 25% better chance dodging enemy fire while moving.
Obviously you'll have to fast, and have short stops to catch your breath because you ain't a demigod. Your just the guy in a suit that will kill sixty people in ten minutes. They can still touch you if you decide to catch your breath without being behind cover, or if you run in a straight line though.

Chameleon (ACED)~In casing mode, your concealment is increased by 25%. You are 15% less likely to be targeted when you are close to your crew members.
As you take the bags one by one to the van with your team mates you'll be slower now, and an easy target without armor. Unless the police force are so dumb that they won't even target you now that you are weakened but your new found slowness.

Shinobi~Your walk speed is increased by 25% and your crouch speed is increased by 10%.
Again, you are fast, you are in a suit, don't stop and keep dodging. You'll find yourself stronger than most heavily armored units.

Note worthy Alternative Skills To Look At
Gunslinger (ACED)~You reload pistols 50% faster. You deal 50% additional damage with pistols.
My other berserker build doesn't add this skill which greatly increases the ability for the Berserker to survive. This is a skill that if you combine the other skills (like smooth talker aced) with this one you can kill bulldozers. Not saying it isn't possible with the other build, but I will say it will be much more difficult to kill them without this skill. Especially if your trying to keep the idea of dodging. This skill you run behind the bulldozer, tag him with smooth talker, crouch down and wait for him to turn towards you. Unload your heavily modified deagle's clip into his mask and he'll drop before he can fire.

The Build (Edit As You See Fit)
Basic Level 100 Build[www.pd2skills.info]
Note Worthy Alternative[www.pd2skills.info]
The Survivalist
The survivalist is a mixture between your ideal mastermind (medic) and your berserker (suited dps-er). The survivalist gets some major perks that define it from other classes, for one much like the mastermind he'll be the one that will survive the longest, but unlike it at the same time. He won't be using armor and hiding from society with low health and sharpshooter skills. He will be on the front lines like your berserker, high dodge skills, high health from the enforcer skill tree. Flashbangs ware off in seconds, deagle skills that can kill bulldozers in seconds, being able to pick up his allies by simply shouting at them. This class is another form of mastermind in the end though, so there is only need for one (either this or mastermind, honestly... one dual medkits will be enough.)

Skills

Smooth Talker (ACED)~You can now successfully answer 4 pagers instead of 2. Special enemies marked by you take 15% more damage.
More damage for the special units. Plain and simple.

Combat Doctor (ACED)~You can now place 2 doctor bags instead of just one. Your doctor bags have 2 more charges.
This skill makes the doctor bag to OP, so... again only need one person to bring dual medic bags.

Gunslinger (ACED)~You reload pistols 50% faster. You deal 50% additional damage with pistols.
Bulldozers now became a joke.

Pistol Misaya (ACED)~While in bleedout, you are instantly revived if you kill an enemy with a pistol. You only have 1 charge. You will replenish you charge when you get out of custody. You gain an additional 2 charges. You will replenish your charges when you get out of custody.
Bulldozer ♥♥♥♥♥♥ you up? Bulldozer downed you while you were shooting him in the face? WELL ♥♥♥♥ HIM! Shoot him while your down and get back up! LAUGH IN HIS FACE!

Inspire (ACED)~You revive crew members 50% faster. Shouting at your teammates will increase their movement speed by 20% for 10 seconds. There is a 75% chance that you can revive crew members at a distance by shouting at them.
Team mate went down in the heat of battle? I don't have armor, how will I ever pick him up without standing still... "GET THE ♥♥♥♥ UP" Yeah... that worked...

Underdog (ACED)~When you are surrounded by three enemies or more, you receive a 15% damage bonus. When you are surrounded by three enemies or more, you receive 15% less damage from enemies. (Tier Bonus:10% more health)
More people around you? Oh you'll be fine, trust me. Just run around a bit and hipfire.

Stun Resistance (ACED)~Reduces the visual effect duration of flashbangs by 25%. Further reduces the visual effect duration by 50%
Flashbangs + Suits = Death. Well... Not anymore!

Berserker (ACED)~The lower your health, the more damage you do. When your health is below 25%, you will do up to 250% more melee and saw damage. When your health is below 25%, you will do up to 100% more damage with ranged weapons. (Tier Bonus:10% more health)
20% more health than the average mastermind, so when your below 25%, trust me your still healthy. And you just switched your tactics from suppressing fire, to lethal fire, 100% more damage! DAMN THIS IS GOING TO BE FUN!

Spinter (ACED)~The time before stamina regeneration starts is reduced by 25% and the regeneration rate of stamina is increased by 25%. Your sprint speed is increased by 25% and you have a 25% better chance dodging enemy fire while moving. (Tier Bonus:5% dodge chance)
Keep running, there's no need for armor when you can dodge!

Cleaner~You deal 5% more damage against special enemies.
Getting the most out of you, it's only 1 point.

Shinobi~Your walk speed is increased by 25% and your crouch speed is increased by 10%.(Tier Bonus:10% dodge chance)
Faster is always better.

The Build (Edit As You See Fit)
Level 100 Build[www.pd2skills.info]
CQB Hunter
If you like shotguns this is the class for you (or one of the possible variations). The CQB Hunter uses a shotgun as a primary weapon and the Deagle as their secondary. With the skills they built in the mastermind skill tree the Deagle deals maximum damage, enough to kill a bulldozer, and it will do wonders for when you need that extra range in combat. You sneak behind shields, hunting them and taking them out with one shot to the back. You simply hunt down and annihilate the police force, the hunter also has the Inspire (ACED) ability to revive from a distance, and instantly.

Skills

Inside Man (ACED)~Reduces the asset costs in the Job Overview menu by 50%. Unlocks special Inside Man assets in the Job Overview menu.
Because of this the CQB Hunter should really be the one hosting the game.

Smooth Talker (ACED)~You can now successfully answer 4 pagers instead of 2. Special enemies marked by you take 15% more damage.
Maximize your damage by tagging special units.

Combat Medic (ACED)~After you have revived a crew member, you receive a 25% damage bonus for 10 seconds. Reviving a crew member gives them 30% more health.
Since you can instantly revive your team member it's a good strategy to first pick them up while your hiding behind cover. Then while their up use them as a bullet sponge to draw agro (haha your an evil ♥♥♥♥♥, but you'll be the one saving the guy so who cares) and jump over/run around your makeshift cover you were behind and open fire on the common units, or special units surrounding your team member. With your 10 seconds of 25% damage boost plus Overkill's 75% boost after your first kill, it really does stack up nicely.

Equilibrium (ACED)~Increases your accuracy with pistols by 10% and decreases the time it takes to pull and put away pistols by 50%. Increases your rate of fire with pistols by 100%.
Double your rate of fire, double your dps (damage per second).

Gunslinger (ACED)~You reload pistols 50% faster. You deal 50% additional damage with pistols.
Again since your Deagle is your range weapon you want it to be stronger and faster than your classical SMG.

Inspire (ACED)~You revive crew members 50% faster. Shouting at your teammates will increase their movement speed by 20% for 10 seconds. There is a 75% chance that you can revive crew members at a distance by shouting at them.
Revive allies from a distance, or behind cover.

Shotgun Impact (ACED)~Your weapon stability with all shotguns is increased by 25%. You deal 35% more damage with shotguns.
CQB, close quarter battle, with a shotgun this is possible. More damage means less skill needed to play with the shotguns, or more skilled players can mow down army's of people.

Ammunition Specialist (ACED)~You can now place 2 ammo bags instead of just one. Each ammo bag contains additional 200% ammunition.
More ammo, for more fun (for your team, you probably won't ever run out of ammo).

Fully Loaded (ACED)~Your total ammo capacity is increased by 25%. Enemies drop 75% more ammunition.
Shotguns have this unique affect, it's unlimited ammo. Since it takes 1 bullet to kill someone, and for each person you kill you get 3 (roughly) back. You can generate unlimited ammo.

Overkill~When you kill an enemy using a shotgun or the OVE9000 portable saw, you receive a 75% damage boost for 5 seconds.
Just allows you to build up a damage combo, making the killing process of waves easier.

Cleaner~You deal 5% more damage against special enemies.
Maximize your damage

Note worthy Alternative Skills To Look At
Iron Man~Unlocks the ability to wear the Improved Combined Tactical Vest.
You get the choice of looking at higher armor rating from the improved combined tactical vest but your also looking at less damage from the loss of the overkill bonus from the same tier. I'd say Iron man is useless to the CQB because if he knows what he's doing he can easily find cover, and clear out area's before they become a threat to him. Just watch out for bulldozers, snipers, and bronco cops. These guys will kill you quick.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The Build (Edit As You See Fit)
Level 100 Build[www.pd2skills.info]
Assault Ghost
Assault Ghost are DEATH WISH APPROVED! The Assault Ghost does not have trip mines, sentries, ammo, or medkits. This being said the only thing they have is ECM's. The ECM is the key to this playstyle because if your team is backed against the wall or your the last one standing you can drop an ECM turn on feedback, wait 3-5 seconds for the stun to proc and then proceed to wiping the slate clean.

Skills

Transporter~You move 50% faster when carrying bags. This skill should be picked up first since most people arn't level 100 due to becoming infamous this just helps you get from point A to point B. Warning this is the basic so don't toss the bag unless it's a must. Just run and gun.

Hardware Expert (ACED)~You fix the drill 25% faster and you also deploy trip mines 20% faster. Gives your drill a 30% chance to autorestart when it breaks down. You also deploy the sentry gun 50% faster. This skill right here allows you to be the "tech" for the group since on death wish speed is the name of the game. Most of the other players in your party should be a Techforcer or something similar so you won't have to set the drill but if the heist has multiple drills like transports more people with this skill is helpful.

Drill Sergeant (ACED)~ Your drilling efficiency is increased by 15%. Further increases your drilling efficiency by 15%. *Read Hardware Expert*

Silent Drilling (ACED)~ Your drill makes 65% less noise. Civilians and guards are less likely to hear your drill and sound the alarm. Your drill is silent. Civilians and guards have to see the drill in order to sound the alarm. Skill this even though it's useless on Death Wish. The reason you want this is because you will get a small usage out of a silent drill over a trip mine upgrade on this class because again you are only going to use ECM's.

Shockproof~ Taser shock attacks on you backfire, knocking back the Taser. I haven't seen this proc often but that might be because I'm being saved before I even notice. This will help in the long run and allow you to proceed to the next tier in the technician skill tree though which is needed.

Bulletproof~Improves your armor so you can absorb 50% more damage. This just helps you tank a bullet or two on Death Wish don't rely on this! Still hide behind cover when you can.

Cleaner (ACED)~You deal 5% more damage against special enemies. You can now bag and throw corpses. Just more damage which is greatly needed on Death Wish difficulty. The body bags can help your team stealth though if you have a Panther for what ever reason since a recent patch made it where everyone only has a max of 2 body bags.

ECM Feedback (ACED)~ You can now interact with ECM jammers to cause a feedback loop. When interacted, the ECM jammer has a 50%-100% chance to incapacitate enemies within 25 metres radius every 1.5 seconds. ECM feedback lasts 15-20 seconds. You will now instantly interact with a ECM jammer and the ECM feedback duration is increased by 25%. (Tier Bonus: Your chance of getting a higher quality item during a PAYDAY is increased by 10%. All your weapons have a 15% chance to pierce enemy armor.) Your bread and butter, this is what makes your class the one that is so different from everyone else. You will also want to max out your ECM's though just for maximum duration and delay pagers ect. ect. to help your crew on day 1 of framing frame just to get the last few paintings off the wall before the alarms sounds. Trust me when I say your team will be greatful that you are on their team. The reason you want this aced is because the feedback lasts longer and you won't have to worry about the down time to turn on the feedback. Keep in mind this procs the chance to stun every 1.5 seconds so you want to let it go through a cycle or two before picking up your team mates if your the last one standing. So 3-5 seconds after activating the ECM feedback everyone should be stunned giving you the much needed breathing room. This stuns MOST units; Bulldozers, shields, tazers, but NOT cloakers. At least with my experience it might just have a lower proc chance but still haven't seen one stunned by this yet myself. Also read the tier bonus, this is also one thing that allows an assault ghost to be so freaking good, he can switch to a LMG which is highly recommended and unleash rounds upon rounds into the enemy team and the armor penetration should be more than enough to make an easy clean sweep. Especially with ECM feedback down at the moment. Careful though you want to make sure your not the only one up because if you shoot a high health target like Death Wish Bulldozers there is a small chance he will become unstunned for a split second and shoot you then stunned again.

Side Notes
  • You can almost instantly swap between LMG and your secondary since most of the ghost tiers have a swap speed tier bonus.
  • Having some Technician skills give you the ability to headshot an enemy for higher damage. But with an LMG primary I would say aim for the body the recoil will most of the time result in a headshot. Don't use your LMG for primary battle, use it for when your Feedback is up.
  • Just because you have armor penetration doesn't mean you should aim for the body when using your secondary, conserve ammo with the headshots. The body shots armor penetration is a backup like passive that could secure a couple kills per game but don't rely on it.
  • Lockpicking Expert is completly optional, you could just as easily go for Nine Lives which i kind of like because it allows your to play a little more careless and potentially save your team when a bulldozer comes in. Nine lives doesn't proc on cloakers, at least not from what I noticed. The reason I picked up Lockpcking Expert on this class is because on Death Wish I will often see teams with a player who will grab a saw, never go for saw unless your team can make up for that firepower. Lockpicking expert has recieved a lot of buffs allowing you to pick insanely fast. So when playing certain heists tell your team of your lockpicking skills, tell them to cover you maybe lay down an ecm for the feedback and pick away. This should give your team overall more survivability and your lockpicking skill is only slightly slower by about 30 seconds per 3/4 containers. Keep in mind that you shouldn't pick during an assault if your going to put your team in a risk. If it's like the bank heist though do it because this is usually where your team will wait out the assault. I wouldn't recommend staying past 1/2 assault waves in the vault, this will give you time to pick 5-6 Columns (Horizontal).
  • With out any mastermind skills you can still stealth certain heists like the CIA office. You can also do all others but you have to be in the top 10% of the payday 2 community because you only get 2 pagers and 2 body bags. No domination or anything else, rely on your team more often to use the heists camera system to spot out guards and take your time.
  • Overall fun class, at the moment this is my most favorite class, but if there are more than 2 per team you are pretty much screwed over as you will need a fully upgraded dual ammo bag and fully upgraded dual medkits. I would probably recommend the last person to be heavily Tech and go with C4 for bulldozers or sentries . This is just my team set up at least at the moment, and is often the most successful on Death Wish Pubs. You can make slight alteration if you are playing with high skilled friends though.

The Build (Edit As You See Fit)
Level 100 Build[www.pd2skills.info]
BASIC GUIDELINES
BASIC GUIDELINES TO BECOMING AN ELITE PLAYER
  • Let the Panther do their thing, if they fail they'll still be useful if they understand dodging
  • NEVER HEAL unless you are on your black and white downed (3rd down)
  • Always keep an eye on your health if your a berserker, panther, or anyone else in a suit
  • If the heist is short (example: Firestarter day 1) the team should go in suits to speed it up more
  • Watch for shields, bulldozers will be easy to take down because their slow, but shields in numbers hurt! If your taking them on solo and you don't have armor. (By the way... shield + tazer combo, RIP)
  • A berserker can easily handle themselves, don't doubt them! (On the other hand, berserkers, if your health drops to 10% and your not good at always finding a hiding place to quickly heal... think about slowly moving towards cars to control your health, HEAL EARLIER THEN 5% IF NEEDED. Don't be a liability.)
  • THERE IS ONLY A NEED FOR ONE MEDIC (MASTERMIND), dual medkits goes a long ways if you only use them on black and white downed.
  • The game might keep track of your kill count but the ultimate goal is to get in, and get out with the loot. Don't waste ammo your team doesn't have!
  • WORK AS A TEAM

Guidelines For The PANTHER
  • Start out offline and get comfortable with stealthing (TRY TO RUN AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE)
  • Shoot every camera on the way, don't worry about someone spotting it, you can place down an ECM and do a recovery act to clean them all up
  • If you spot a person make sure to do a quick check for cameras, as you run heists more often you'll get to know where the cameras spawn, where to check. SHOOT THE CAMERA THEN THE PERSON
  • Always have at least one weapon without a silencer. If you have to do a recovery you can shoot into the air and find out where the other guards are. (Also use control freak to control the civilians)
  • UNDERSTAND THAT NOT EVERY TEAM WILL WANT TO STEALTH 24/7, ask your team... Often times they won't care if you steatlh but it's to boring to stealth all the time. ESPECIALLY if your a techforcer or another dps/loud class doing nothing every time
  • STAY CALM, i can't emphasize this enough... If you accidently kill two people during a recovery you can't do anyting, if you have a team though they can hopefully pick it up.

COMBO's
Dominate, Convert, Dominate~This will be your basic technique to use. The logic behind this is you can only have one person dominated at a time. But each PLAYER can have one converted guard.

Dominate, Convert, Dominate, Kill~ This is your basic technique with a way to deal with a third person. This is often refeered to as a recovery technique. Since the panther is so careless about their ability to stay invisible they can and probably will be spot/have their prey spot their unbagged bodies/destroyed cameras. This just raises the count to 3 guards in 1 ecm rather than the tradition 2 guards to 1 ecm.

Dual Kill~ Simple, requires two panthers (or anyone else with smooth talker), you each kill one guy, each answer their own pager. Two guards out in seconds.

Dominate, Convert, Dominate, Convert, Dominate...~ This actually makes the game insanely easy. Two Panthers can make this game coopertive and simple for you and a friend to run duo. Since you can only have one person dominated at a time, but each person can own a converted guard you simply do your basic technique, but the second panther converts the second dominated guard, allowing you to dominate a THIRD guard.

Dominate, Convert, Dominate, Convert, Dominate+ . . . +Dual Kill~ The dual kill factor in addition to the previous combo you each go find a person prior to the ecm waring off, kill them. And each of you answer a pager. So you can get rid of five people in a matter of one ECM's Lifespan.

Last resort~ Watch the video posted here and skip to 3:30 and watch till 5:10

I'll have to re-edit this guide. I have actually uninstalled and stopped playing this game a long time ago. Since there has been several, several updates. I'm suprised if any of this still remains liable. So sorry for the inconvience. Not sure if I'd even want to go through the hastle of re-installing this game and re-writting this though. So, adjust as you see fit.

This guide is useful especially after going infamy where you can get the skills you really want with less points require.
Most of these "elite" classes look nice, but some are weird. Nice job with the guide.

So shockproof works off of chance, you should be able to still fire. Upon being shocked by a taser you will have X% for it to backfire instantly ending the taser phase. This may occur several times in a row or maybe just once a game just depends how lucky you are.

Sir Derik, I'm not exactly sure that I understand your question since I'm assuming your using a translator. But more shockproof isn't the most helpful thing, I'd skip over the skill entirely for most builds, with the excpetion of needing to get to tier 6 on technician. Buying the shockproof skill is somewhat a waste if you got a good team that's able to save you. BUT it is needed to buy a tier 6 skill with minimum points put into the technician tree. Little waste on for example trip mines when you will be using ammo bags or medic bags. I mean don't put points in COMPLETELY useless things like shape charges if your not going to use them. Sure you can use them from time to time but it would only make you weaker. And again takes away from the point that this is a TEAM GAME, stop trying to make an all around class when you have a team. Have the Catalyst or someone else carry the shaped charges.
