some sirens grabbed from lspdfr and modified for better loops/compatibility.

Yea there may be a volume setting for the lua in the coding if I figure the volume settings for it I will update it

Only thing i have to complain about is that the sirens need to be a tad bit louder, just a little feedback, but other than that im loving it.
